Nogueira and his team of state officers have developed a new Prospect Party In-A-Box program. This program is a re-write and update of a similiar program employed in 2008. The idea is to give to the Chapters all the tools and instruction necessary to properly plan and execute a Prospect Party. In the box are the resources to plan a membership drive, to train members how to speak intelligently about DeMolay and to answer questions from propsective members and parents as well. Tim has also added a Powerpoint on retaining new members once they join.
The State Officers will be hand delivering this program to each Chapter during their regular visitations. Plan time to let the State Officers go over the contents and the implimentation with your membership. This is a creative and imaginative program that is designed to jump start the efforts of your Chapter in membership.
If Tim or his State Officers do not get to your Chapter fast enough, please do not hesitate to send an email to timothy.nogueira@mademolay.org.
